Q: How much do you charge for shipping?
A: We ship all our packages either via the US Postal Service or FedEx. During checkout you will be able to choose your shipping method and will be presented with the various costs and options. To estimate how much your shipment will cost, add your product to the shopping cart and enter your zip code. At this time we can only ship to the United States. You will receive a Delivery Confirmation number in your order confirmation email. We have a very fast turnaround and are usually able to ship your order within 24 hours.
Q: Is my information secure?
A: Yes! All of your information is protected with industry standard 128-bit encryption. We guard your privacy zealously. And, we might add, we will never sell your address or email to anyone.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We don't insure every package that we send so please let us know if you want insurance. If your package is damaged in transit, we will take care of it ASAP. You have five days from receipt of your shipment to return your unopened purchase. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns that have been opened. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Q: What if I don' like the item?
A: All of our items have been carefully inspected before they are shipped out. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchased, please notify us and we will either replace the item or refund your money upon receipt of the item back to us.
Q: What kind of payments do you accept?
A: In order to keep the costs of our unique embroidered items at this time we only accept checks or money orders.
Q: Can I order over the phone?
A: You can use our RocketCart checkout system or you can phone in your order. You can reach us at 208-392-4492. We'd love to have an 800 number, but this is one way that we keep our costs down and are able to sell our products at such a great price.
Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: Orders being shipped to Idaho will be charged a 5% sales tax. No other orders will be charged sales tax. |
